Raise My Rights v1.3.2531.26000

Raise My Rights, enables limited user accounts to run certain programs as Administrators or any other user.

The user can create shortcuts to the programs that are handled by Raise My Rights that will run the specific desired program with the privileges of the specified account.

The encryption used for storing user data is Rijndael/AES 256-bit with "salt". Hashes of the specified programs are stored so if the program is tampered it will not be run.
